Rustic Wedding with Blue-Sky Views at Cielo Farms

June 25, 2019 12:43 am

Cielo Farms is nestled along Kanan Dune Road, a twisty canyon in Los Angeles. The views are beautiful and the overall feel is intimate. We were able to work with Natalie Sofer on this beautiful wedding, with rustic touches. Wood texture was everywhere, in the cross back chairs, farm tables, and lounge furniture. We created lush arrangements with greenery and white florals, a rustic mix that looked perfect in this setting. See all the beauty, below, in photos by Next Exit Photography. Real Wedding: Luxury and Orchids in Ojai

May 11, 2019 12:37 am

This wedding in Ojai took advantage of the Ojai Valley Inn’s beautiful landscape for a rustic, yet elegant wedding ceremony. Inside the ballroom, it was orchids everywhere – for a crisp, white contrast to the woodsy and organic ceremony. Combining wood textures with pretty florals created an overall look that is both warm and elegant. Take in all the beauty below in photos by Shumanev Production. The tall, strong trees allowed us to hang delicate votives; the aisle was accented with clusters of geometric votive holders, ferns, flowers, and pillar candles. Chiffon runners set a perfect table, with votives, green taper candles, roses, hydrangea, and greenery also running down the center. Lavish Romance at the Millennium Biltmore

April 25, 2019 3:06 am

Roses and romance are one and the same when it comes to the symbolism of love, and this wedding was no exception. We created lush textures with ivory, pink, and mauve roses for the wedding ceremony, with a grand chuppah and matching floral arch. In the reception, we continued the look, adding a sense of lightness provided by sprays of orchids in the tabletop centerpieces. The stunning backdrop of the historic Millennium Biltmore Hotel – as you can see by now, a favorite of ours – heightened the overall affect. See photos below by Jessica Claire, and special shout-out to Maryam Forutan from Delicate Details for running a smooth and successful wedding! Delicate roses hang down along the back of... Read More

Real Wedding: Seaside Celebration at Pelican Hill

March 26, 2019 2:36 pm

The Resort at Pelican Hill caused a sensation when it opened in 2008. Situated along the Pacific Ocean, the luxurious resort features luxurious architecture, ocean views, and a beautiful space, the Event Lawn Rotunda, that frequently serves as an unforgettable setting for weddings. This celebration, photographed by Katie Beverley, was one of our favorites at the Resort. Four grand floral pillars topped with orbs of roses framed the ceremony area. A white carpet aisle was lined with our floral aisle borders of pink, burgundy, and white flowers. For the reception, elegant candelabras and floral arrangements lined the long tables. We brought a jolt of color without marring the soft neutrals of the ivory and pink palette, by using maroon-lined calla... Read More

Natural and Luxe at Malibu Rocky Oaks

March 6, 2019 2:54 am

At this Malibu Rocky Oaks wedding, our couple wanted a fresh, natural look, mixed with upscale touches – collections of chic candles, bespoke glassware, and rose gold elements. Planner Shelli Armstrong expertly brought it all together for a stunning event. A crown-like circle of greenery rimmed the ceremony platform, flanked with wood pillars and compote arrangements. The sweetheart table featured lush urn arrangements set atop wood pillars. Rich floral runners of eucalpytus and ivory roses spilled over rustic wood tables. How perfect are these salt and pepper cellars with the tiny service spoons? The table settings feature copper-rose gold and marble-style elements, and an adorable bloom of ivory rose on each charger. We draped greenery and white orchids on Malibu... Read More
