Custom created clouds and origami birds floated above in the air and clean white textures paired with crystal clear accents filled the room to create an elegant and refined look. The tabletops throughout the room were decorated with ethereal baby’s breath centerpieces and accompanied by neat tulips, peonies, and orchids among other white blooms. Ortal and Shawn’s wedding design featured a charming, garden aesthetic. Seaside Romance in Malibu

June 3, 2020 2:29 am

We truly believe that each wedding should reflect the couple and their lifetime of love ahead — it is so magical, one-of-a-kind, and absolutely incredible. For Jon and Valeria, we created elegant outdoor decor in the heart of Malibu. The goal was to emphasize the natural beauty of the seaside view and let the stunning setting be the focal point of the evening. The ceremony structure was a completely unique separated arch created from two asymmetrical, grand floral pillars with beautiful white cherry blossoms branching from the top. A white, cream, and pale pink palette was an ideal choice to compliment the beautiful ocean backdrop and Malibu sunset. The guests of the intimate dinner were seated at one long table... Read More

The couple decided on a chic black and white color palette that allowed their florals to shine. They said “I Do” at the Monarch Beach Resort surrounded by friends and family and an array of beautiful blooms. We created overflowing waves of white roses, phalaenopsis orchids, and greenery with a grand chuppah for the ceremony. Moving in the reception, we used the same color scheme, adding tulips, white dendrobium orchids, and hyacinths inside the ballroom. Tall, glamorous centerpieces on round tables were mixed with charming low florals nestled below crystal candelabras on long mirror top tables. Heavy candlelight throughout the room added warmth and comfort to the atmosphere.  Floral Design: Butterfly Floral and Event Design Planning: A Kate Carlson Event Photography: Dmitry Shumanev... Malibu Rocky Oaks has become renowned in the wedding world as one of the country’s – if not the world’s – premiere wedding locations. We created a classic, rich design with whites and ivories for this wedding with Tessa Lyn Events and Michael Segal Photography. First – let’s talk about this chuppah. Grand, tall, with sweeping white drapery, and surrounded by elegant gold chairs, this ceremony setting was one to remember. Phalanopsis orchids and white hydrangea accented the chuppah. Tall centerpieces with pops of orchids and clusters of hydrangeas and roses continue the look of clean, crisp whites... Read More
