A Magical Blush Wedding at the Broadmoor

June 21, 2022 4:45 pm

For Monica and Christopher’s wedding at the Broadmoor in Colorado, we draped nearly every surface with flowers, from the gates leading to the wedding aisle to the stunning chandelier in the Broadmoor’s ballroom. Outside, very light blush and ivory roses and flowers cascaded down the gates and arches of the ceremony. The soft colors aligned beautifully with the backdrop of the stunning hotel and mountain horizon. Down the aisle, white boxes with more blush and ivory roses flanked the bride as she walked towards the altar. The ballroom was completely draped and carpeted in white with blush lighting to create a dreamy, romantic space. We hung orchids off of every light feature in the room for a luxurious feel. Stunning... Read More

Summertime Beauty at Four Seasons Westlake

June 3, 2022 12:29 pm

The lush lawn at the Four Seasons Westlake set the scene for Alla and Alano’s summery wedding. Cream and ivory flowers with pops of lavender and greenery created a light yet luxurious look to the wedding. For the ceremony, we built a freestanding circular arch, echoing the symbol of the wedding ring for a poetic touch. The couple provided guests with tossing petals on an antique cart, which we dressed with more flowers and greenery; and we flanked the aisle with lush wildflowers. For the outdoor reception we designed both tall and low centerpieces with a mix of roses, tulips, and orchids. The tall pieces consisted of full arrangements of flowers, and modern candleholders dressed with phaelenopsis orchids. The final... Read More

A Burst of Color by the Sea

May 18, 2022 5:17 pm

Bright florals and dreamy greenery made Brittany and Ethan’s Terranea wedding feel like a celebration amidst a field of wildflowers. Adding elegance to the rusticity were rented upholstered chairs, well-appointed tableware, and our beautifully composed wedding arch and centerpieces. And probably the most important detail: A sweet floral collar for the bride and groom’s dog! The colors of teal, blue, pink, blush, and sand were on display everywhere, from the bridal bouquet to the aisle decor. A white gate with lush florals greeted guests to the ceremony. Along the aisles were bursts of delphinium and greenery in pops of blue and pink. The existing pergola at Terranea, positioned directly in front of the ocean, was frosted with flowing branches of... Glints of Gold at a Luxury Private Estate

May 11, 2022 8:57 am

A monochromatic color scheme brings balance to this wedding, which took place in a luxurious private estate. Marina and Yusef surrounded their guests in gold, from the rims on the chargers to the tall stands of our florals. We balanced all this gold with tons of ivory roses and flowers, and clear candelabras. Chairs with rich bronze swag offered a totally upscale, elegant look along with the etched glassware and soft gold shantung linens under mirrored table tops. While unashamedly luxe, the combination of textures and the pure ivory palette of the flowers (with just a few touches of blush here and there) brought an understated elegance to the entire look. Take a peek below in photos by Duke Images.... Read More

A Stunning Transformation into Art-Deco Chic

April 26, 2022 3:11 pm

The past two years has offered many challenges to the event industry and couples wishing to marry during the pandemic. In this case, a family member owned a gym in Oxnard, empty during the quarantine. In a stunning transformation, the space was transformed into a gorgeous art-deco-chic setting for Daniella and Tzvai’s wedding. With drapery and our massive installation of orchids, the ceremony space was a white wonderland. We assembled an array of tall crystal candlesticks, clouds of orchids, hydrangea and roses, and a stunning transparent chuppah with a crown of even more orchids. Along with a glossy white catwalk aisle and carpet, the entire space was all white and all-amazing. The reception looked straight out of a classic movie,... Read More

Clouds of Baby’s Breath in Bel Air

April 19, 2022 5:59 pm

Our unique spin on this wedding truly had guests talking. Lauren and Robin married at a stunning Bel Air estate high above the city, and wanted to reflect this magical setting with a cool, elegant design with lots of baby’s breath and a Steel gray accent. The ceremony chuppah, decorated solely with baby’s breath, reflected the clouds above. The light airiness of the look was literally reflected by a glimmering mirrored ceremony aisle, and baby’s breath lined the aisle as well. The reception featured all gray furniture and chairs, and carpet too, for a chic monochromatic design. Collections of white flowers lined each long table, and tall baby’s breath centerpiece accented with clusters of white orchids towered above the round... Read More

An Oceanside Stunner at the Ritz Laguna

February 7, 2022 12:07 pm

Many couples want a seaside wedding ceremony for a breathtaking backdrop to their wedding, and the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel offers one of the most stunning locations right by the ocean. Sanam and Aaron wanted a light, pretty palette to compliment the sea vibe. We decorated their sofreh with tailored, tall centerpieces in ombre pinks and ivories, and even created adorable swans out of flowers. An ombre border of roses along the front of the sofreh created a beautiful focal point to the stage. Guests loved the charming champagne greeting, with glasses of bubbly staged on modern white shelving interspersing bud vases of soft dahlias. The stunning display gave guests an exciting tease of the celebration to come. Inside the... Read More

Lush Sophistication at Monarch Beach

January 7, 2022 4:31 pm

Event designers think a lot about chairs. Yes, chairs. Back in the day, choices for seating for special events were few – as in, two types of chairs: folding and chiavari. Now, you have chameleon, Louis IV, Ghost chairs…the list goes on! This diverse array of colors and shapes in event chairs gives designers more elements to play with. For Alyson and Philip’s big day at Monarch Beach, we provided rich, textural white florals with touches of greenery to provide a pretty counterpoint to sleek, sophisticated black “Washington” and “Dior” chairs. Along with neutral linens and soft drapery, their wedding reception looked like a classy supper club. For the ceremony, we created a chuppah fitting of the breezy seaside lawn,... Read More

Classic Drama at a Private Estate

December 14, 2021 4:11 pm

A grand staircase. A chuppah fringed with wind-catching flowers. A manicured lawn with a stunning view. Private homes, like the estate where Natalie and Alen wed, offer unique opportunities to our creative team. The property featured wide expanses of lawn and landscaping, allowing us to build a grand chuppah with lengths of orchids to freely move with the breeze. Inside the property, the foyer staircase became the perfect first-look location; we lined the rail with a luxurious layer of white flowers, including roses and orchids. A generous urn piece of white roses stood directly under the house’s stunning chandelier for a picture-perfect start to the bride and groom’s big day. We accented the reception lawn, dressed with gold and white... Read More

Daring Drama at the Langham

November 23, 2021 8:28 pm

Lillian and Isaac didn’t want a soft, subtle palette for their wedding – instead they asked for a bold and daring look with this combination of vivid reds, purples, and pinks, and eye-catching accents of pampas grass. This intensified color palette fit perfectly into the Langham Pasadena ballroom, with its gorgeous chandeliers and arched ceiling. The chuppah stretched the entire stage, flanked with amaranthus, roses, and various greenery. The mirrored legs of the chuppah allowed the colors to pop on their own. We used antique-style metal pedestals and vases for the reception pieces, and bridged long tables with stunning overhead arrangements of roses, hydrangea, and pepper tree. We’re so grateful to the bride and groom for collaborating with us on... Read More
